Levity Shawl KAL

Guest Moderator Jennifer Susannah Miller, M.A. from Theodora's Pearls!

This shawl is made in two sections: the first is a crescent shape made up of garter stitch and the second is “knitted on” to the first section so there is no seaming. The lacey “rays” pattern is very easy, but fun to make (and looks really impressive!).

Plus you'll be there for Jennifer's Cast On Party!! My sister Leslie, the pastry chef, will make lots of goodies that we can munch on while we laugh, chat, and get to know one of the most wonderful indie dyers around!

Jennifer is a nationally sought after popular knitting instructor who teaches and lectures on creativity, working with colors, knitting design, lacework, and more. She is dedicated to promoting creative confidence in every knitter, enhancing knitting skills, and encouraging new and innovative experimentation in yarn! Her teaching is focused on accessing the creativity that we all hold. A self-taught artist, sourcing inspiration largely from the natural world, she shares her own creative journey as an example of how we all can express ourselves through beauty, harmony, and functionality.
