Yarning for You thrives to provide exceptional, friendly customer service to an under served public.  We will share this social, therapeutic and nurturing craft with the community through experience, knowledge and creativity.  We will inspire experienced knitters, entice new knitters and enthuse the community to continue to enjoy this ageless craft for generations to come.

Classes

Fresh, fun, creative, conveniently scheduled, and, best of all, classes are a high value for the cost.  The small size affords individual attention.  A variety of different interesting classes are offered throughout the year.  One learns new skills and techniques no matter your level of experience.  And while you’re at it, you gain or strengthen your confidence and enthusiasm for your craft. The teachers are highly-skilled, patient, enthusiastic, encourage you to be creative and extend just the right individual level of guidance and sensitivity.

The Store

Good north county location.  Well-stocked, large variety of quality yarns, needles, books, patterns, and supplies.  Charming and cozy with comfortable seating to sit, knit, crochet, chat, share ideas or browse the ample library of patterns.  Whether looking, shopping, or hanging around the store, one easily gets emerged in the welcoming, “stay-and-linger” atmosphere.  You’ll know you’ll find friends here.

The Staff

Appreciative of customers coming in and they never fail to give excellent, personal customer service.  Will offer good suggestions with a sensible understanding of your skill level and project.  They create lots of samples to inspire your design, color & yarn choices, new techniques, and projects (i.e., handbags, sweaters, scarves, blankets, holiday gifts, etc).  They even “oo” and “ah” over your in-progress and finished projects, so bring those in!
