Our typical shipping charge is $6.00 and includes insurance.
Shipping rate for patterns are $2.50 for individual patterns. Please Note that the $2.50 rate does not apply to books or magazines.
Depending on the size of your order, your shipping charge may be different. When we confirm your order, we will also confirm the shipping charge.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to love your purchase, so please choose carefully - all purchases are final. No cash, credit card, exchanges or store credit will be given.
Yarns sent in error, defective yarns or orders filled incorrectly may be returned for full credit or replacement. We will absorb all shipping costs and we will do out best to make it right.
